Cancellation Policy:

Services: If you wish to cancel a service, please notify us at least 5 days before the scheduled service date. Cancellations made after this timeframe may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Products: Orders for physical products can be cancelled within 4 days of the order date. Please note that orders for customized or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
Refund Policy:

Services: Refunds for cancelled services will be processed according to the following guidelines:
- Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled service date may be eligible for a full or partial refund, minus any applicable fees.
- Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment within 3 or 4 working days (except bank holidays).
- Products: Refunds for returned products will be processed according to the following guidelines:

- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 4 days of the purchase date to be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will be issued once the returned products have been received and inspected, minus any applicable restocking fees.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment within 3 or 4 working days (except bank holidays).
